THE BLC ACADEMY STORY
After opening Brow and Lash Co's first salon, it quickly became apparent the lack of education in the lash extension industry. Kea and Steph realised there was a huge gap in the market to educate on the importance of lash health, correct application and advanced techniques. Having provided 10s of thousands of treatments between them, they felt well equipped to teach students looking to up skill themselves in the industry. And so the BLC Academy was born.
Fast-forward 6 years and 1000s of students later, the Academy has now transitioned from in-person training to virtual to adapt to the current climate and give students the flexibility to study from wherever they want. The ladies now use the Academy as a backbone to ensure staff consistency and education, and continually strive to provide best-in-class information to educate the wider Lash and Brow industry.
